Vilas County’s Off-Highway Motorcycle (OHM) trail system will officially close for the season at midnight on Friday, October 31.
The OHM trail system consists of 30.7 miles of trails, with areas designed for riders of all skill levels. The trailhead is located at the Tamarack Springs Campground, 5019 Tamarack Road, Conover.
In the winter, the trail is used for snowshoeing.
The Vilas County Landover Dual Sporters are the sponsor club of the county’s OHM trails and have worked hard through the year to maintain and inspect the trails.
