Allow several days for this full trip or make it a shorter trip by taking out at the Island Lake boat landing. There are several campsites along the way. A short portage for the ten foot dam at Rest Lake and Hwy. W is required. Take out where the Manitowish River and Hwy. 51

Directions

From Boulder Junction continue west on County Hwy K about 2 ¼ miles to County Hwy H. Turn south on County Hwy H about 1/10 of a mile to a put-in area on the right side of the road.
